Rusticstation.com offers the following Returns Policy: 14 Day Money Back. Your order must be returned within 14 days of receipt. You must call for a return Authorization Number and the address for the returns warehouse. You will not receive a refund if the products are not received with the 14 day return period, or if you fail to obtain a return authorization number. Call 1-800-603-1640 to receive a Return Authorization Number, and the Address of the Return Product Warehouse. Ship your order back to us in the original cartons, unaltered. We will refund your money after we receive the order in acceptable condition. A 20% restock fee will apply if returned products are missing items or are damaged. No returns offered regarding custom mill work
